The best career advice I’ve ever received is always push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

I get inspired by traveling, art, and other inspiring women.

The thing I’ve achieved that I am most proud of is Westman Atelier and of course over everything, my children.

The biggest gamble I’ve ever taken is walking away from a company that wanted me to create a line for them under my name. In that moment I decided I needed to decline if I ever wanted to create my own line.

When I was 12 years old I would strawberry pick in the summers in Sweden. This taught me work ethic and how important it is. It takes hard work to get where you want to be.

The best way to handle a setback is to know that pain is temporary and that the setback you are experiencing in that moment will pass.

It’s incredibly rewarding to work so closely with other women. I love making them feel confident and beautiful. I also love teaching them something about themselves that they don’t already know.

Launching a brand has taught me that it is extremely difficult. It takes a lot of hard work and perseverance.

The one thing I would like to say to every woman in the world is go and try my makeup. I think you will love it!
